"Special Circumstances"

1)Tally meets a someone called Dr.Cable. Dr.Cable is someone who works in special circumstances
2) Tally wonders why she was sent to special circumstances
3) Dr.Cable tells Tally what Special Circumstances is all about
4) Tally finds out about some of Shay's past
5) Dr.Cable tells Tally that they want her to tell her where Shay is so the can keep everyone safe
6) Tally tell Dr.Cable that she will keep her promise to her friend Shay
7) Dr.Cable tells Tally that if she doesn't tell her where Shay is she will never become a pretty

I think Tally might try to bring back Shay ,so she can become an ugly.

Characterization of Dr.Cable:
A cruel pretty with sharp teeth and a pointy nose.
A pretty with a sharp, cold look to her.
Her eyes are lighter than a normal uglies'.
